They discovered the magic of mezcal, but above all, its people. Brujo translates to shaman, wise, illuminated; and the \"X \" in Bruxo then refers to the pronunciation of their origin lands, Oaxaca and México. Each bottle of Bruxo varies slightly from lot to lot, so make sure to check your bottle for details. This mezcal contains no meat, its name refers to the breast of the Maguey. After distilling their classic Espadin, the Pechuga de Maguey is steeped for several days with freshly roasted agave that are split down the middle to expose the heart (or breast) of the plant. This Mezcal has rich sweet flavors of roasted agave with a subtle smokiness.
