Brujo translates to shaman, wise, illuminated; and the \"X \" in Bruxo then refers to the pronunciation of their origin lands, Oaxaca and México. The mezcalero, Candido Reyes, AKA Tio Conejo (Uncle Rabbit), is well known in this community.
