Catedral De Mi Padre Mezcal Ensamble (Espadin + Cuishe) is crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Joel, who has lived in the mountains near Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, his whole life. There, at 5,500 ft above sea level, agaves grow abundantly. With several generations of mezcaleros in his family, Joel uses artisanal practices when crafting his mezcal in his palenque that's kosher certified.
