After Hamilton founder Ed Hamilton bottled the Jamaican Gold and Black rums, he filled some of the same base rum into empty St Lucian Pot Still Rum barrels, letting the spirit mature for 18 months at the Five \u0026amp; 20 Spirits distillery in Westfield, NY. Then, he added 12% of another rum from Worthy Park, a 1-year-old light rum that was aged in Jamaica, letting the blend marry for another 6 months.
