Known for its traditional buildings with white facades and red-tiled roofs, the area was named \"Land of Colors\" in Nahuatil by the natives. All those centuries ago, a traditional distilled spirit known as \"Ponche de Granada\", which meant pomegranate punch, was a popular choice among the natives.
