The peels of each citrus fruit are macerated separately in a superfine alcohol, then are distilled for the most part. The distillates obtained are then assembled, as well as the non-distilled macerations. Finally sugar is added to obtain the final liquor, but at a minimal rate. The different citrus fruits offer a unique complexity, and the low sugar level makes it possible to make dry cocktails, even a use as base spirits thanks to the high degree of alcohol.
