A wheat-based gin, the traditional botanical range includes citrus, orris root, liquorice and juniper. The modern and contemporary botanicals, however, are white peaches, Damask roses, and raspberries – these are incorporated as essences, made by a French flavor house. This results in a unique flavor profile with rose petals responsible for the lightness and refinedness, the peach brings fresh and sweet notes while the raspberry lends a robust and slightly tart flavor.
