Shibui 18 Year Old Single Grain Whisky was distilled in Okinawa at the Kumesen Distillery from premium Indica long-grain rice using a stainless steel pot still. The whisky was matured in fino and manzanilla sherry casks for 18 years before being bottled at 80 proof.
