Following his philosophy of never losing focus and fully leveraging his past experience in creating whiskies, he searches for the best harmony when blending a number of different unprocessed malt and grain whiskies.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nThe Mikuni Blended Japanese Whisky is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, and the finest fresh mountain water drawn from over 820 feet underground, which has been filtered through porous volcanic rock. The whisky is then aged three years in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled at 80 proof.
