Over a period of 18 months, he channeled his passion for cocktails and innovation into what would become Wilfred's Bittersweet Orange & Rosemary Aperitif. 100 unique recipes later, he found the perfect combination of botanicals that include Japanese hibiscus, English rose, fresh rosemary, and bitter oranges. Wilfred's Aperitif is made with all-natural botanicals and has 0% alcohol. It was named "Britain's #1 Non-Alcoholic Drink" at the Great British Food Awards in 2020.
