Alto Vento means "High Wind" in Italian and refers to the high altitude vineyards where these grapes come from. This white wine is a straw yellow color with aromas of citrus, lime, and jasmine. On the palate you will find it to be refreshing with peach and white flowers. It can be enjoyed on its own or it can pair perfectly with salads, fresh seafoods, and grilled vegetables. Best enjoyed chilled in a white wine glass.
