ARMAND DE BRIGNAC DEMI SEC

<p>The Armand de Brignac Demi Sec was once a curiosity shared only with visitors to the maison in Rilly la Montagne, France. This unique Demi Sec was created to provide a sweeter elaboration that pairs with the most exotic of foods. The assemblage comprises 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier and is a trio of vintages; 2009, 2010 &amp; 2012.</p>

<p>On the nose, there are notes of English candy, grapefruit, compote fruits, caramel, quince and brioche. To taste, the palate is abundant with crystallized citrus fruits, honey, and hints of blackberries.</p>

<p>Each iconic, metalized bottle is finished by hand, with the application of French pewter labels, polished, and housed in a wooden lacquered gift box, ensuring every single bottle is unique.</p>

<p>The Demi Sec is ideal paired with foie gras, cheeses or lightly spiced foods. This gastronomic wine also pairs well with exotic fruits and baked desserts.</p>
