BALBLAIR 25 YEAR OLD SCOTCH WHISKEY

For over a quarter of a century, this rare Single Malt has developed and mellowed, becoming concentrated, full-bodied and indulgent, brimming with the dark intensity of chocolate praline and spices.

Matured initially in American oak ex-bourbon casks, and then reshaped over the years in Spanish oak for exceptional complexity.

Apricot and dark liquorice notes with a hint of polished oak. Full bodied with oily citrus, chocolate praline and a faint note of fresh tobacco leaf. Natural color. Non-chill filtered.

The Balblair collection is intriguingly complex and satisfying. We capture the intense esters at the start of the spirit cut to give our Whisky the core characteristics of apricots, oranges, spices, floral notes and green apples. The heavier oils and lipids at the end of the cut are also captured, giving leathery, nutty and full-bodied characteristics.
