Bimini Coconut Gin

A balanced, dry coconut flavor enhances the unique botanical profile of original Bimini Gin. Bimini Coconut was named “Gin of the Year” at the 2022 Tales of the Cocktail New Orleans Spirits Competition.

While original Bimini Gin was inspired by summertime, Bimini Coconut will transport you to the sandy beaches and turquoise waters you dream of the rest of the year. In order to capture a truly natural coconut flavor, organic Fair Trade Certified extra virgin coconut oil is melted and added to the gin. Once the flavor has been fully infused, the mixture is chilled until the oil becomes solid and can be strained back out. The resulting flavor is a clean, dry hint of coconut in balance with the original botanicals.
