Bodegas Juan Gil Shania 0.0 Verdejo (Non-Alcoholic)

This Non-Alcoholic white wine begins as 100% Organic Verdejo, produced from the Gil Family Estates' own vineyards in Rueda (Spain). Then the wine undergoes a thorough low-temperature dealcoholization process at a new facility specifically designed within Bodegas Juan Gil to produce this 0.0% ABV wine. Low-temperature dealcoholization ensures that the wine retains the original aromas and flavors of the Verdejo grape, while only removing the alcohol. The resulting wine is reminiscent of Verdejo on the nose and palate and is a wonderful pairing with seafood, chicken, salads, cheeses and pasta dishes.
