CHATEAU STE. MICHELLE EROICA SINGLE BERRY SELECT RIESLING DESSERT WINE

Single Berry select is the pinnacle of the Eroica Riesling portfolio. Crafted in the traditional German Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) style, it is one of the few TBAs in North American and consistently one of highest rated white wines earning scores between 93-98 points in leading publications. The Eroica Single Berry Select Riesling white wine is made with 100% hand-picked Botrytis grapes, it is an ultra-rich, concentrated yet elegant wine with intense aromas of orange blossom and sweet spice. Flavors of pineapple and honey lead to a long, luscious finish to our delicious dessert wine. Enjoy a glass with crème brûlée and fresh berries or a warm peach pie a la mode.

Grapes were left on the vine to ripen until raisined for concentration. Berries were individually picked and hand sorted. Only Botrytis infected and raisined berries were used to make the Eroica Single Berry Select Riesling white wine. A long, slow fermentation developed character and complex flavors.
