Cheurlin Thomas Celebrite has rewritten the definition of excellence in Blanc de Blanc Champagnes. This grower’s prestige cuvee is re-writing wine books the world over. Made solely from white grape varieties and zero sugar added, Célébrité is all-natural juice and produced in limited quantities.

Tasting Notes

The color is characterized by a light straw color. Effervescence is dense and persistent. with fine. regular bubbles. Initially the nose is chalky and mineral, with notes of citrus peel and green apple; spice, wood notes, and yellow nectarine aromatics follow. Ample citrus character with intense. crisp and precise flavors. Flavors of complex wood. earth notes, citrus peel and green apple. Célébrité contains perfect acidity with a great balance of chalkiness and minerality.

Winemaking Notes

Primary fermentation takes place in oak casks. The Champagne is aged in a temperate (53.6°F) and humidity (95°) controlled chamber.
