It is pure champagne made for those who demand perfection. A French favorite. Limited availability. Few are imported into the USA.

Tasting Notes
The color is characterized by a medium straw color. Effervescence is dense and persistent. with fine. regular bubbles. Initially the nose is earthy and fruity with notes of dried strawberry and subtly toasty aromas; spice, wood notes, and pomegranate aromatics follow. The palate offers smooth and light cherry fruits. Flavors of complex wood. earth notes. spices and pomegranate. Le Champion contains outstanding flavors with a great balance and offers hints of earth and oak to add to its fine complexities.

Winemaking Notes
Primary fermentation takes place in thermostatically controlled stainless-steel vats. The Champagne is aged in a temperate (53.6°F) and humidity (95°) controlled chamber.
