As a toasted maplewood-finished whisky, Collingwood is full-flavoured and complex, with a long, clean finish. Ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks or in classic lighter cocktail, Collingwood is quite versatile.
AROMA
Graham-cracker sweetness with delicate notes of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch underpinned by a rich floral (rose) and fruit character.
FLAVOR
Creamy, with a prickly vibrancy that fades into a delicate marzipan-dusted grain note. Faint hints of maple syrup drift about. Nice complexity.
FINISH
Warm, sweet and long, with a lingering floral and light malt whisky character.
COLLINGWOOD® DRY MANHATTAN
• 2.00 oz Collingwood® Whisky
• 0.05 oz Extra-dry Vermouth
• 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into a martini glass.
COLLINGWOOD® SOUR
• 1.50 oz Collingwood® Whisky
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and pour into a glass filled with ice.
TOM COLLINGWOOD®
• 2.00 oz Collingwood® Whisky
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1.00 oz Lemon Juice
• 3.00 oz Soda Water
Mix Collingwood®, simple syrup and lemon juice in a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water, garnish and serve.
