The Tous Ensemble comes from the French word meaning “all together.” Copain's Tous Ensemble collection creates approachable wines that are perfect for every occasion, every palate, and every day of the week. The Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir stays true to Copain’s philosophy of producing wines that emulate the French style of winemaking (lower alcohol, higher acid wines), vineyards are picked on the early side. This resulted in juice with lower sugar levels. This red wine presents ripe fruit flavors with a silky texture and lingering finish.

Our style has long been inspired by the restrained and elegant wines of France’s Rhône Valley. The grapes are picked early to impart vibrant acidity and the wine undergoes minimum manipulation in the cellar. Coaxing lively, energetic wines with bright, fresh flavors has become Copain’s signature.
