Deanston 17 Year Pinot Noir Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch

The Deanston 17 years old 2002 Pinot Noir Finish is a Highlands single malt and limited edition from the Deanston distillery. This Deanston was distilled in 2002 and matured in bourbon casks followed by a finish in Pinot Noir casks. It was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Colour: A shining , lemony gold

Nose: Light and crisp orchard fruits, then creamy vanilla and oak giving way to subtle green grape

Palate: Dry, acidic and slightly malty with a rich tannin hit

Finish: Long acidity leading to mild malty creaminess
