With this fourth release of Multi-Vintage Brut, Domaine Serene appreciates that they are creating a benchmark and legacy for new world sparkling wine. Inspired by the great Champagnes the Evenstad family has enjoyed throughout their lives, 'Evenstad Reserve' Dundee Hills Brut Multi-Vintage Sparkling Wine is composed of some of the winery's most coveted Single Vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills.

This beautifully expressive release surprises immediately with a fresh mint character on the nose. The fine bubbles open with a welcome burst of graham cracker and pie crust. A touch of almond leads to elegant acidity- which shows more like Meyer lemon on the palate- and a soft, almost velvety mouthfeel to finish.
