A coveted treasure for mezcal connoisseurs, the world’s first Five-Spice Duck Pechuga is a collaboration between Erstwhile and award-winning mezcal producers Epifania Gómez – a distinguished Woman in Mezcal – and Silverio García of Rancho Blanco Güilá, Oaxaca.

We’ve carefully selected fruits that are ripe and in season, including: pineapples, mangos, nanches, plums, and plantains. Complementing the fruits are fresh herbs and spices such as ginger, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, rosemary, bay leaf, basil, cilantro, thyme, and black pepper.
