About Fable Bay 12 Year Old Chapter Four Benrinnes Scotch Whisky
Fable Whisky is a Scottish independent bottler that brings together exceptional releases of exclusive casks from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland ― both famous and little-known ― and "the art of storytelling, animation, and illustration". Founded by industry veterans Andrew Torrance and Calum Lawrie, each release (Chapter) is a unique, one-of-a-kind expression. Chapter Four: Bay comes from the Benrinnes Distillery. Heavier and more full-flavored than the typical Speysiders, it's a robust single malt. Distilled in 2009, the single hogshead (cask no. 301900) was bottled in 2021 after 12 years of maturation. It yielded a scant 222 bottles of 117.4-proof whisky.
