Known for providing malts for Johnnie Walker Red Label, Teaninich is a prolific distillery that was built in 1817. Situated in Alness, they produce well-rounded Highland single malts. This single-cask release comes from Fable Whisky, a Scottish independent bottler that was co-founded by industry veterans Andrew Torrance and Calum Lawrie. They source exceptional and exclusive casks from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland ― both famous and little-known ― bottling them straight from the barrel or maturing them further. Each whisky is bottled straight from the casks with no chill-filtration and coloring added, making each release flavor-packed and unique, featuring illustrations based on Scottish folklore. Chapter Two "Folk" has spent 12 years in its single hogshead before being bottled at 109.8 proof.
