This single-cask whisky comes from Dailuaine (meaning "Green Valley"), a Speyside distillery that produces 3 distinct malts intended for blending with the rare (usually sherried) single malt release here and there. The whisky was selected by Fable Whisky, a Scottish independent bottler that brings together quality Scotch and "the art of storytelling, animation, and illustration". Founded by industry veterans Andrew Torrance and Calum Lawrie, they source exceptional and exclusive casks from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. Fable Chapter Three: Moon is a 12-year-old single malt from Dailuaine that was matured in a single refill hogshead. The unique whisky that is known for its boldly sweet & savory style was bottled at 115.2 proof.
