Clean, bright, yellow with green iridescences. Very intense, markedly sweet. Fruit-bearing: white fruit, background with a slight herbaceous and vegetable aroma. Good balance, plasant in the mouth. Freshness given by the acidity, slight bitterness at the end. Medium finish, very fruity.

This wine matches with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and Roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables.
