Fidencio Unico is distilled in a custom, wood-fired, Alembic still that was custom designed by their Mescalero, Enrique Jiménez. It is distilled twice and then bottled. This Mezcal is slightly sweet with subtle aromas of charcoal, green apple, and pear. The flavor bouquet goes from slightly smoky to these ripe fruits.
