<p><strong>Tasting Notes</strong></p>

<p>Upon opening our 2018 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, aromas of black cherry and cassis fill the glass, followed by a hint of mocha. On the palate, bold tannins are balanced with concentrated flavors of ripe fig with savory notes of black olive and dried herbs. Well-structured and full-bodied, our Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable now, but will age beautifully over the next 5-10 years.</p>
