The journey of this Cowboy starts with the selection of “Summer Survivors,†as the master distiller Donnis calls the 8- and 9-year-old barrels that endured the long, hot spells of Texas summers. The 2022 Cowboy release features an uncut and unfiltered straight bourbon whiskey, clocking in at a powerful 134.8 proof. Incredibly smooth for a bourbon so strong, its blooming warm and sweet aromas overpower the strength of the proof. About Garrison Brothers
Situated on a rolling ranch in Texas Hill Country, Garrison Brothers Distillery was founded in 2005. The distillery is the oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas.
