Hamilton Pimento Dram is a liqueur that starts with a blend of pot still rums that are distilled from fermented molasses at the Worthy Park Estate. Then, fresh Jamaican pimento (allspice) is ground and blended into a tank of light Jamaican rum, letting the aromas and flavors marry for 7 days. After filtration, sugar and water are added, bringing the alcohol level down to 60 proof.
