This bourbon pays tribute to Hancock Lee, who was a pioneer of shipping tobacco, hemp, and whiskey on the Kentucky River. The nose of this whiskey reveals light oak and hay, with hints of vanilla and peach. The palate carries oak tannins and black pepper, tempered by vanilla and cinnamon sweetness.
