For the first time, Hennessy and pioneering media artist, Refik Anadol, bring together intangible strata of mastery to visually showcase V.S.O.P Privilège’s heritage and living legacy. The process, involving the use of AI technology and data sets, measured Tasting Committee members’ brainwaves and vital signs, effectively analyzing the experience of tasting eaux-de-vie. The result is a unique data sculpture and extraordinary piece of art conveying the experience of V.S.O.P through an immersive algorithmic prism of color, texture, light, and movement.
