With only 288 bottles made, this chef d'oeuvre is a true celebration of whisky craftsmanship. Unique and robust, this special whisky begins with the aroma of soft and gentle smoke, complemented by notes of molasses. Flavors of rich fruit follow, while notes of cinnamon-infused apple and star anise blend with crushed peppercorn and warm oak embers. Waves of baked caramel and rich butterscotch shine through, followed by a gentle, warming smoke finish. This refined liquid is best enjoyed neat or with a dash of water.
