Made from the ko (Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane) we grow on our farm in Kohala, Hawai'i. We press our ko into fresh juice and distill it in a handmade copper pot still. This slow, careful process makes delicious, flavorful rum to be enjoyed neat or in a memorable cocktail.
