The remaining 20% is sourced from reserve wine to provide a silky and delicate texture. Lallier Rosé champagne is fresh, invigorating and light pink on the eye. On the nose, the wine delights with a burst of lively fruits, with notes of fresh cherries, red currants, raspberries, and hints of fresh apple and mandarin. On the palate, red fruits and floral notes are followed by intense freshness and a subtly acidic and salty length.
