Lange Winery Three Hills Cuvee Pinot Noir 2021

The Pinot Noir fruit for the Lange Three Hills Cuvée series emanates from their best, most established vineyards, including Lange Estate Vineyard (in the Dundee Hills), Freedom Hill Vineyard, and Yamhill Vineyards. Hence the "Three Hills Cuvée" moniker. Over the years they've added a few other stellar vineyard sites to the mix as well. The nose offers aromas of berry pie, raspberry and pastille, underbrush, and rose petal. On the palate, sour cherry, blackberry, orange zest, and anise. The wine is fresh and nimble with a mid-palate and burst of acidity that gives way to a lengthy, meandering finish of baking spice and subtle minerality.
