<p>Maestro Dobel® Atelier: Animales Endémicos Edition, where Mexican artistry meets tequila mastery. Each limited-edition bottle is carefully hand-painted with vivid colors, using the same technique for crafting traditional “alebrijes” — the small, wood or cardboard figurines depicting fantastical creatures, originally from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Created each year to honor traditional Mexican craftsmanship, this years Animales Endémicos Edition features a series of six different hand-painted bottles inspired by animals endemic to Mexico including the axolotl, jaguar, monarch butterfly, dwarf jay, Tamaulipas owl, and Mexican wolf. The Extra Añejo tequila rests over three years in new American and European oak barrels before being married to deliver a unique combination of aromas with notes of dried fruit, pineapple, apple, butter, prune, and cinnamon – and taste profiles of charred oak, toasted almond with a myriad of spices. Each label includes the edition theme, the name of the artisan, the maestro tequilero, the date, and the number of bottles produced in that particular harvest.</p>
