Private Selection is created by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel. It’s then aged in a limestone cellar to extract a unique, flavorful taste profile.

Instead of picking a single barrel and bottling it as-is or to a specific proof, we created our own unique bourbon (sort of).
