This pick is a barrel strength single barrel selection of Old Elk's Wheated Bourbon Whiskey 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley. Most "wheated bourbons" use about 20% wheat. With the high wheat content in this mash bill, you truly get to experience how wheat affects flavor. This very limited pick was brought to you in collaboration with @atlasandmason.
