Distilled on May 15, 2008, and aged 11 years on the second floor of Warehouse I, this limited-edition gem was expertly crafted by Master Distiller Chris Morris and Master Taster Jackie Zykan. Only 120 barrels were hand-selected for their remarkable character. Its aroma enchants with butterscotch and toffee, layered with sweet melon and warm cornbread. The palate is an intricate dance of rich oak spice, bold blackcurrant, light maple, caramel cake, and delicate white floral. The finish lingers beautifully, blending peppermint tea sweetened with honey and a hint of Szechuan peppercorn.
