About Pa'lante Blanco Rum
Pa’lante Blanco Rum is a Cuban-style rum crafted in Chiapas, Mexico, at a family-owned hacienda with over 75 years of rum-making tradition. Founded by two Cuban American brothers, the brand draws on their father’s legacy as a Cuban master distiller. This unaged rum is a blend of sugarcane and molasses distillates, produced using copper pot and column stills with closed, controlled fermentations. With no added sugar or additives, it offers a soft and fruity profile with a crisp, light body and a touch of cane juice funk, making it ideal for classic rum cocktails.
About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
We distinguish between 4 different Rum categories, where white or unaged rum is mainly used in cocktails, while dark, spiced, and añejo (aged) rum are mostly enjoyed neat.
