About Pa'lante Coffee Rum
Pa'lante Coffee Rum starts with a blend of pot still and column still rum that's crafted at the Rones de México distillery. As tradition dictates, the first is distilled from sugarcane juice, the second from molasses. The rums mature in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years. About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
