The story of Pentire is one of great love and appreciation. The founder, Alistair Frost, was a bartender by night and an avid surfer by day, living on the picturesque coastline of one of the headlands of Northern Cornwall — Pentire Head. He got a little bit fed up with the daily hangovers that accompanied those long nights at the bar, feeling like they kept him from really enjoying the sunrises, sea sinking, and wave catching of those gorgeous early coastal mornings. And so, the idea for alcohol-free spirits came to light. Pairing up with a friend, he wanted to catch the essence of the smell, sound, flavor, and feeling of the adventurous ocean spirit. And lucky for him, the surrounding headlands bristle with several unique botanicals with distinct flavor profiles — all thanks to the air moisture, soil pH, and a favorable climate.

Pentire Adrift is distilled from native botanicals of the Cornwall Coastline, including rock samphire, sea rosemary, sea fennel, sage, citrus, and ice lettuce. This non-alcoholic spirit is organic, vegan, gluten-free, and contains no artificial flavors — but it does contain the freshest ingredients that conjure up a herbaceous and crisp spirit that’s a perfect invigorator on a hot summer day.
