Crafted with care, it features agaves roasted in traditional conical pit-ovens using Huizache wood and volcanic rocks. The Espadin is stone-milled, while the Tobasiche is hand-crushed with a mallet, both undergoing natural fermentation before small-batch distillation in copper and clay stills. The flavor experience?
