Fine, handcrafted Mezcal from the mountains of Oaxaca in Mexico. Made for the discerning connoisseur who is ready for new and complex flavor profiles. Craft Luxury at its best, we still bake our Agave Hearts for six days in earthen ovens and mill them under a great stone wheel drawn by horses. Fermentation is careful and chemical-free while distillation takes place in a wood-fired, serpentine copper alembic – More Craft, Than Craft.
