Piper Heidsieck was founded in 1785 with one sole purpose. To create a champagne worth of Queen Marie Antoinette. There was always one eye on the stars with Heidsieck, wanting to impress the likes of Marilyn Monroe with this special brand. Their signature has always been the Cuvée Brut. However, this extra dry champagne is rivaling the flagship bottle for the crown.
