Enjoy Ruffino Prosecco on its own, or mix it into a favorite cocktail. It's also delicious served with pizza, fish, shellfish, or white meat dishes. Grapes for Prosecco come from highly desirable vineyards in northeastern Italy. The first stage in making Prosecco follows traditional white wine methods. In the second stage, the Charmat method is used to bring about a secondary fermentation before the wine is bottled under pressure, preserving all the fresh fruit characteristics of the wine.

Tasting profile: Crisp, clean and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. Intense flavors of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.
