White pepper spice lingers.</p> <p><strong>PALATE:</strong> Ripe, juicy stone fruits, with the baked lemon becoming brighter and zestier. The spice continues, with a drop of water bringing out a richer caramel undertone, joined by malt forward notes of uncooked dough, giving body.</p> <p><strong>FINISH:</strong> Pleasingly long, the dry spice continues long after the dram has gone.</p>
