Sonoma Bourbon Whiskey

Sonoma Bourbon Whiskey is a type of whiskey that is wheated a carefully created. Froom it's 92 proof, 70% corn from California, 25% wheated orgin also from California, 5% malted barley origin, California, 5% malted barley coming from Wyoming. With it's flavor profile it is covered with toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle, and coffee. Pairing with food this bourbon is roasted chicken, duck fat potatoes fennel added with green apple salad.

History

Sonoma Bourbon Whiskey- Adam Spiegel was born and raised in San Francisco. From a young age, he experienced the bounty that Sonoma County offers through regular visits to the area with his parents. He fondly recalls trips to its beaches, attending concerts, and tagging along on wine tastings.In 2008, he found his passion for creating spirits while assisting a distiller friend in Santa RosaSonoma Distilling Company was founded in 2010 as one of the first 200 distilleries in the United States.
